Extrovert buttoning, designed to be shown, displayed to wind and gaze alike. Here the removable collar has been put on a leather garment. It is lined with the same material, that is, with itself – lambskin in this case. The craftsman’s hand chooses the skins, feels them for the sibling sensibilities of weight and flexibility, and achieves the perfect hang for both inside and outside.
